Greg Zanitsch is the owner and chef at the Fig Tree Restaurant, located in the beautiful and historic Elizabeth neighborhood, in a 1913 bungalow known as the Lucas House, registered as a landmark. Zanitsch’s extensive cuisine experience ranges from the East Coast, to the Midwest to the Wine Country to Maui, and he is passionate about fresh quality and variety, demonstrated by his seasonal, French and Italian influenced menu.
Bruce Moffett is chef at the bistro-styled Barrington’s, located on Fairview Road and named after his hometown in Rhode Island. Moffett has created a menu that’s “American with a homey twist,” one that’s so popular, reservations are usually necessary. Moffett has designed a cozy yet top-notch and exclusive place to dine. His menu is seasonal and uses local, organic ingredients.
Cory Sharpe is the executive chef at the Bonterra Dining and Wine Room, on East Worthington Avenue, located in a renovated, century-old church. Sharpe has developed a seasonal menu using local ingredients, as well as an elegant menu to accompany the over 200 wines you can enjoy by the glass.

Chris Coleman is the executive chef at McNinch House Restaurant, located on Church Street in a renovated Victorian home. This may be the most exclusive place to dine in Charlotte. Coleman uses the finest, seasonal ingredients to custom design a four, five or seven course menu for each reservation, which must be called in that morning. Colman’s innovation and passion for quality is indeed an experience.
