Samsung already confirmed the launch of Galaxy S9 next month and the rumor mill is already started for the next big thing – Galaxy Note 9 which is expected to get launch in August 2018.
Galaxy Note 9 features are expected to be high end as well will come with a premium price as well. The features of Galaxy Note 8 will include Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset octa-core processor. The phone will be supported by 6GB RAM as well 8GB RAM model along with 64GB/128GB internal storage.
The Note 9 is expected to give stiff competition to Apple’s premium flagship – iPhone X as well as upcoming beasts like Google Pixel 3 and LG G7.
Moving on, we have a dual 16 Megapixel camera up top with a 28mm and 50mm lens setup for better portrait and landscape shots. The camera setup will be with f/1.7 aperture and OIS for better low light shots, the front one will be a 12 Megapixel unit with the same f/1.7 aperture and OIS.
That’s some glass for photography. Speaking of glass, we have the whole front covered with it. An all-new OLED panel with 18.5:9 aspect ratio and 2k resolution. The glass will now incorporate an in-display fingerprint sensor which in some rumors will be manufactured by Qualcomm while others point to Synaptics, although a tweaked one, the current version being slow in recognizing.
Too bad a few month will be August 2018 for the launch date for the Galaxy Note 9.
