How To Get Over A Break Up And Find The Real One

Falling in love can be exciting and euphoric. But the excitement at the beginning of a new relationship can fade pretty fast.  Its called the honeymoon stage because it isn’t suppose to last forever. If you are going through a break up or divorce the pain can be tortuous. Learning how to be single after being a couple can be a big change. There are certain things you can do to help the pain be less painful. Here are tips to help you get over your break up.

Be Thankful
It may sound silly to be thankful for the person who broke your heart but the reality is all relationships are gifts. They can provide us with valuable companionship and lessons. You can be thankful for the relationship and also be thankful that you are no longer in it. No matter who did the breaking up, if one person is not fully committed they do a disservice to the other person by staying in it longer. You don’t want to be with someone who doesn’t want to be with you. Be thankful for the time you did have together.

Put Yourself First
If you were in a relationship that didn’t work out, it’s best to not beat yourself up about it. Treat yourself kindly and respect yourself. When we get into relationships we don’t always do the things we want to do. Maybe you sacrifice yourself, your own beliefs and views in order to make the other person happy. This is a common trait of women who are looking for true love. If this sounds familiar then make sure you use this single time to focus on yourself. Do the things you love to do. If you love cooking, buy a new cookbook and whip up a new treat. Try new things and take time to spend doing what you love.

Be a Healthy Nut
Sometimes women gain weight when they are in relationships. Men have different metabolisms and often eat more types of food that are harder to process in women’s bodies. If you gained weight in your last relationship, now is the time to focus on your health. First recognize that you are beautiful no matter what your shape is. Celebrate you and your awesome self. Now is the time to focus on your health. Make sure you are eating foods that make you feel good and vibrant. It is important to not let your health go when you are feeling low. Make sure you keep up to date on your doctor and dentist appointments. Make sure you are brushing and flossing your teeth everyday. When you put your health first you always feel better and attract the real one.
